Start Inhibit
Lost or stolen key? Going away for a while? Remotely lock down your vehicle so it can't be started even if someone has an authorized key nearby. Start Inhibit is available on your Ford app.
Stolen Vehicle Services
Ford offers Security Package customers access to a dedicated 800 number that is managed 24/7 by live agents. If your vehicle goes missing, file a police report first. Then call the dedicated 800 number to authorize recovery agents to work directly with law enforcement to try to track and recover your vehicle in real time. Stay up to date on progress via the Ford app.
Deductible Reimbursement
Sometimes, thieves still get their way. If you're enrolled in the Ford Security Package, then you're protected by Deductible Reimbursement. Ford will cover your deductible costs up to $2,500 related to damage or loss caused by theft and reimburse you once you've provided the required information. Deductible Reimbursement availability varies by state.
Hands-Free Highway Driving
Ford BlueCruise is an available hands-free highway driver-assist feature designed to help make driving easier, more enjoyable, and less stressful. BlueCruise operates on 97% of controlled-access highways in areas called Blue Zones across the U.S. and Canada.
